Measuring Cups and Spoons
Small Bowl (for roasting garlic) (Optional)
Spoon or Spatula
Glass Jar or Airtight Container (for storage)
- Garlic = 3–4 cloves roasted or raw
- Greek Yogurt = 1/2 cup plain for thickness
- Mayonnaise = 1/4 cup for creaminess
- Lemon Juice = 01 tablespoon for fresh flavor
- Olive Oil = 01 tablespoon for smoothness
- Salt = 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
- Water = 1–2 tablespoons to thin it out
Step 1: Prepare the Garlic
For a soft taste, roast the garlic first.
Wrap the cloves in foil and bake at 400°F.
Bake for about 15 minutes until soft and golden.
Let it cool, then remove the garlic skin.
Prefer strong flavor? Use raw garlic instead.
Step 2: Blend Main Ingredients
Add garlic, Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, and salt.
Place all in a blender or food processor.
Blend until the mix is smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Add Oil and Thin
Pour in olive oil and blend for a few seconds.
Add water one spoonful at a time to thin.
Blend again until smooth and easy to pour.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
Transfer the dressing to a clean glass jar.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before using.
This helps the flavors blend and taste even better.
