Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Breast = 02 cups cooked shredded or diced
  • Red Seedless Grapes = 1/2 cup halved
  • Fuji or Gala Apples = 1/3 cup chopped
  • Celery = 1/4 cup chopped
  • Pecans = 1/3 cup chopped (toasted for extra flavor)
  • Mayonnaise = 1/2 cup preferably Duke’s or Hellmann’s
  • Sour Cream = 01 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Cook your chicken until fully done. Let it cool.
  • Dice or shred the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  • In a large bowl, add chicken, grapes, apples, celery, and pecans.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, and lemon juice.
  • Add salt and pepper. Stir well until dressing is creamy.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture.
  • Stir gently to combine without breaking ingredients.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • Serve cold on lettuce, croissant, or crackers.
